Electric Forest Festival and Conscious Alliance are teaming up to host an 'Art That Feeds' Food Drive at this year's event. Electric Forest attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable and canned food items to donate. All donations will be distributed to local Michigan food pantries. All attendees who donate 20 non-perishable food items will be given a limited edition Electric Forest screen print poster created by Nate Duval. There will be drop off points located at campground entrances, where donations are exchanged for a poster ticket redeemable at the Conscious Alliance Headquarters, located inside the festival grounds. Locations for donation collection points and for the Conscious Alliance Headquarters will be depicted on the Festival Map. We are hosting this year's Food Drive in tribute of Roy Price. Conscious Alliance had the pleasure of working with Roy Price since 2008. Roy tirelessly strived to better his community, and inspired us all with his youthful attitude and joy for life. He assisted us tremendously with our 'Art That Feeds' Food Drives each year at the Rothbury Music Festivals and last year at Electric Forest Festival, and made sure that all food donations collected were distributed to the people most in need in his community. Thank you for your support in honoring this wonderful and selfless man by donating to the Electric Forest Roy Price Memorial Food Drive at this year's event! Conscious Alliance always encourages food donations to be low-sodium and health oriented products. ORGANIC food donations are especially encouraged. Ramen noodles will NOT be accepted for a free poster. Most Needed Items for an ‘Art That Feeds’ Food Drive: canned soups & stews, pasta, tomatoes & tomato sauce, rice, canned fruits & vegetables, tuna, oatmeal, whole grain/low sugar cereal, peanut butter, beans, baby food. Thank you for your continued support in feeding the hungry everywhere music plays!
