We had a great time at Leftover Salmon’s three-night run at the Bluebird Theater in Denver this past weekend! Thanks to the generous contributions from our fans, we were able to provide more than 1,000 meals to help feed those in need! Food donations from the ‘Art That Feeds’ Food Drive benefited Metro CareRing, a local Denver food bank.
Artist Odenedo created a unique three-panel poster set for the March 28th-30th shows at the Bluebird Theater. We also raffled a signed canvas of the artwork—and the lucky winner is Cody McBain! Congratulations! Check out the video to see Vince Herman of Leftover Salmon draw the winning ticket of the raffle.
Leftover Salmon kick-started the Spring Tour 2013 in Denver and they will continue playing through April 27th in New Orleans, Louisiana. Keep an eye out at the merchandise table for the Conscious Alliance poster at every stop on the Spring Tour—Christopher Shaw has made a special ‘Art That Feeds’ screen print poster that will be available for a monetary donation of $20 (poster image below). For more details about the Spring Tour 2013 visit our event page.
We appreciate the continuous support from the Leftover Salmon community of our ongoing hunger relief and youth empowerment efforts. If you missed Leftover Salmon at the Bluebird Theater you can still get Odenedo’s three-panel poster set HERE, or stop by the merchandise table at any of their Spring Tour shows and pick up Christopher Shaw’s screen print poster!
