Great Cycle Spectacles Oakland

We are very excited to team up with STS9 this weekend to host an ‘Art That Feeds’ Food Drive at the Fox Theater in Oakland, CA on April 20th & 21st! For this very special event, Mars-1 has created an oversized poster (18 x 24 in.) that will be available to all patrons who donate 20 non-perishable food items to the Food Drive. Monetary donations will also be accepted for the poster.

We are anxious to see what STS9’s third installment of the Great Cycle Spectacles has in store for fans after being blown away by the first two Great Cycle Spectacles shows in Denver and Chicago earlier this year. STS9’s lighting designer, Saxton Waller, told us, “These Great Cycle Spectacles shows are so special because it’s really the first time that we have been able to make the band’s narrative come to life visually, so their music is working together with the whole production to tell their story. I am so excited to continue telling this story with them, these Oakland shows are going to be awesome.” The overwhelming success that Conscious Alliance experienced at the first two chapters of the Great Cycle Spectacles is a great reminder of how much we can accomplish together as a community, and we are sure that Oakland will be no different.

Donation bins will be located outside the main entrance of the Fox Theater where Conscious Alliance volunteers will trade poster redemption vouchers for your non-perishable donations. Posters can be redeemed at the Conscious Alliance table inside the venue anytime during or after the show. Thank you for your continued support everywhere the music plays!
