First of all, on behalf of Conscious Alliance I want to thank you for your interest and support in our campaign against hunger. Our success over the last six years has been the result of hundreds of receptive promoters and band managers, much like you. Conscious Alliance is the end product of collaborative arrangement between fans, bands and promoters alike. We see ourselves as providing the infrastructure to further unite these agents in a collective effort.

We have recently developed a ‘band membership’ program that will allow us to more effectively partner with new bands and special events. This program acts as a basic outline for involvement with Conscious Alliance.

Participating bands will agree to the following:
1. Send out ONE donation solicitation email annually (supporting our Annual Holiday Food Deliveries)
2. Incorporation of Conscious Alliance into website; possibly host Holiday Food Delivery banner on website during Holiday campaign
3. Maintain records of all donations for posters (where applicable)
4. Make Conscious Alliance literature available to patrons (where applicable)

In reciprocation for the abovementioned items, Conscious Alliance will:
1. Include band/event in all newsletters (reaching 10,000), website (30,000 hits/month) and all related press releases
2. Organize and host Food Drives for specific events, when reasonable
3. Organize the printing of Conscious Alliance Tour/Event Poster, when financially viable (Bands will be held accountable for all lost/damaged posters)

Again, these terms are to act only as a basis for establishing a dialogue. Conscious Alliance reserves the right to determine all terms and conditions for any partnership utilizing our name and logo.

While Conscious Alliance is directly affiliated with many nationally and internationally accredited bands, our primary focus is to provide a platform for social action. As a result, we limit our involvement with music management and/or concert promotion. We are principally based in the music industry, but only so much as to result in an increased awareness on hunger and the distribution of collected food items. We are not a talent agency nor talent buyers. Affiliation with our organization is for the betterment of needy communities across the United States.

We have limited staff, one of whom we have present at most of our events. It is important for our donors to have confidence that their money and/or food is getting to the intended recipients and that potential donors inquiring about the organization are received by a staff member that has an adequate and comprehensive understanding of domestic hunger and how Conscious Alliance, specifically, is working to address this issue. However, we recognize that this may not always be cost-effective nor deemed an absolute necessity. As a result, we will assess each scenario on a case-by-case basis to determine the need for having a Conscious Alliance staff member present at the event.
