The Wakarusa
Music Festival and Conscious Alliance are proud
to announce our 4th Annual Food Drive to benefit the Ballard
Center of Lawrence, KS. Last year’s drive brought
in nearly 3,000 pounds of food donations. This year with
your help, we hope to pull in at least 5,000 pounds! All
patrons that donate 10 non-perishable food items will receive
a free, limited–edition poster by artist, Table2Press.
All food donations will be collected at the Conscious Alliance
“Art That Feeds” Gallery, which will be depicted
on the Wakarusa Festival guide.
The Conscious Alliance always encourages food donations
to be low-sodium and health oriented products. “Organic”
food donations are especially encouraged. RAMEN
NOODLES will NOT be accepted for the free poster.
