The Conscious Alliance and STS9 are happy to announce that
we will be hosting food drives for the upcoming 2009 Colorado “Live PA Set” shows
at the Aggie Theatre (1/25), Bluebird Theater (1/26), and
Fox Theatre (1/27). For these very special events, Boulder
artist Phil Lewis (www.phillewisart.com) created a limited-edition masterpiece
that is FREE to all patrons that donate 10 non-perishable
food items.
Donation bins will be located outside the main entrance of each theater where Conscious Alliance volunteers will trade poster redemption vouchers for your non-perishable donations. Posters can be redeemed at the Conscious Alliance table inside the venue anytime during or after the show. The poster will also be available for a suggested monetary donation. This past summer, the STS9 Community generated roughly $15,000 that was directed towards the delivery and distribution of nearly $1 million dollars of natural foods products donated by Whole Foods Market.
The Conscious Alliance always encourages food donations
to be low-sodium and health oriented products. “Organic”
food donations are especially encouraged. RAMEN
NOODLES will NOT be accepted for the free poster.
