Justin graduated with a bachelor’s degree in religious studies from the University of Colorado in the spring of 2002. Upon graduation he continued to focus his time and energy into hunger related service projects that had also been a vital part of his experience from high school through college. He soon founded his own non-profit organization, the Conscious Alliance. Justin continues to pursue his dream of developing an international hunger relief organization, and during the little bit of remaining free time he enjoys being in the backcountry on his snowboard.





Evan has been one of the founding members of Conscious Alliance since it began on his 19th birthday in March of 2002. He has since risen to the level of Administrative Director and Chief Financial Officer through his hard work and dedication to the cause. Conscious Alliance and the indigenous people that they serve have slowly become Evan’s family and an integral part of his spiritual path. Evan’s goal is to help the Conscious Alliance expand in its scope and ability to feed the underprivileged of America.






Gavin’s passion for service work started at a young age and continued into high school while working with developmentally challenged children. He combined this passion for service with his passion for travel when he taught English, reading, and math to 6th graders in the Kyalitsha township of South Africa. Gavin began his work with Conscious Alliance as an intern during his senior year. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree focusing on Criminology while also receiving a minor in Business Administration.







Justin started doing service work on the Crow Creek Reservation though The
Brothers Keeper Program at Barrington High School in Barrington Illinois.
Upon graduation he linked up with Justin Baker and the Conscious Alliance.
He was very inspired by the organization and in 2004 began working with
them, resulting in a semester-long internship during the summer and fall of
2006. Justin graduated with degree in service-learning program development
from Warren Wilson College in Asheville, NC in 2008.





Meghan recently relocated to Colorado from Michigan (Great Lakes, Great Times!) where she studied Recreation and Environmental Studies. In conjunction with her Intern duties at Conscious Alliance, Meghan is also completing an internship with Madison House Publicity. Through these endeavors she hopes to enhance the integration of music, artists and social activism.
